What are the basic requirements for franchising?

Le' Bon-Bon ® will require that you agree to build, open, and operate the number of kiosks determined reasonable for the territory.  Le' Bon-Bon ® will set the number of kiosks  for  the territory based upon an analysis of the market. Many factors are considered, including, but not limited to the following considerations: competition, economic, demographic, and geography.  Le' Bon-Bon ® will not grant any development agreements for territories that cannot justify a minimum  of 5 kiosks.

What if I don't meet the financial minimum requirements?



We are willing to work with all candidates for franchisees. The most important aspect  is the willingness to work hard and follow a proven track record of success. Of course, the financial burden is on the franchisee, therefore, we are willing to let you obtain additional financial support from a partner or company that is part of the team.

Why does Le' Bon-Bon ® require financial liquidity?
 

Le' Bon-Bon ® has determined that in our experience these numbers are necessary in order for a franchise to qualify for the loans that are required to build kiosks. We feel that these numbers represent the level of financial responsibility that our franchisee should have.

What is the average profit for a Le' Bon-Bon ® kiosk.

Each market and territory are unique and have different costs and sales. When we prepare the Business Plan, with proper research, we can establish an accurate estimate of expected Gross Sales. In our experience, the low investment required to open the kiosk is recovered quickly after opening.

What type of Support does  Le' Bon-Bon ® offer?

​

One of the unique benefits of being a franchisee of  Le' Bon-Bon ® is that you get a personalized service from one of our National Director's Operators [NDO's]. Your NDO is the point of contact with the corporate offices and the rest of the franchisees. The NDO will be there at all points of development and will be able to create a personal 1-to-1 relation within the  Le' Bon-Bon ® family.

Why do you have to open a minimum of 5 kiosks?

We use this minimum to keep our franchise community active and aggresive. The number also requires that you are financially sound enough to continue to grow the  Le' Bon-Bon ® brand.

How long does the Franchise Application Process last?

​

Normally the franchising process lasts between 90 days to 120 days, depending on the quickness you submit the required documentation. At mid-point we will require a Letter of Intent to be signed and be accompained by a deposit for development.

Can I buy local products to be sold at Le' Bon-Bon ® kiosk?

​

Following our commitment with fresh, local and seasonal produce, we permit local products to be sold as long as it meets the standards set by Le' Bon-Bon ®.

Average Unit Sales Volumes for a Le' Bon-Bon ® kiosk?

​

Le' Bon-Bon ® sales volume vary from location to location. On average our kiosks have experienced sales exceeding $130 per peak hour, $8,300 per week. Based on the low investment requirements, these profits surpass industry standards.
